You need nothing to hand in order to write to us. This page tells you what happens next, so you know what you are getting into before you do.
What happens after your message
- We reply within two working daysWe reply in writing, through whichever channel you used to reach us. If you would rather have a call, say so and leave us a slot. We call Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm.
- We look at your listingWe open your public Google listing and read it. That requires no access from you, and it already tells us a great deal.
- We propose a scopeWe tell you what we would do, in what order, and what it requires on your side. The quote comes with it.
Useful to prepare, not required
- The exact name of your business as it appears on Google.
- Whether you know who manages the listing today, or whether nobody does.
- What you want people to see, and what you would rather not show.
None of this is needed in order to write to us. We can find a listing from a name and a town.
