Privacy policy
Data collected
Through the contact form: the name and town of your establishment, your phone or your email, and the content of your message. All three are needed to answer you, and an incomplete request cannot be handled.
Technical data. The site's host (OVH) records the IP address and connection logs for the security of the service. Retention period: the one set by the host. 97View consults these logs in the host's interface and does not export them. To keep out automated submissions, the form keeps a keyed hash of your IP address, never the address itself, for one hour at most, then erases it.
Purpose and legal basis
SASU AIS, publisher of this site, is the controller of this processing. This data is used first to answer your request and prepare a quote, as pre-contractual steps taken at your request. It is then used for the commercial follow-up of that request, based on our legitimate interest in continuing an exchange you started.
Recipients and transfers
Recipients. Requests sent through the form and by email arrive in 97View's mailbox, hosted by Apple (iCloud service), whose servers may be located outside the European Union. No other recipient.
Retention period
We keep this data while handling your request, then for three years at most after our last exchange, unless you object or ask for deletion.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You may object to commercial follow-up at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contact@97view.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Hosting and fonts
The site is hosted by OVH, in France. Fonts (Montserrat, Open Sans) are self-hosted on the same server: no third-party fonts, no outbound requests. No tracker, no advertising cookie and no Google service is loaded on the visitor side.
